Arrange date for prod testing

Once your Sales System runs in the production environment, RedeemSG will reach out separately to arrange for a production testing session. During this session, we will test the end-to-end flow with real vouchers.

Do note that RedeemSG will only conduct a maximum of 3 prod testing within the prod testing timeline, failing which you will need to join the next batch of onboarding instead.

Items used in the prod testing test cases should be prepared prior to the session, else we will strictly not conduct the prod testing, and that would be counted as 1 review. We might also add on new test cases during prod testing without prior informing.

Real vouchers will be used though transactions might be cancelled, and will be paid out to your indicated payment method the next day. You may use this to also test the finance reconciliation flow.
