Retailers who wish to participate in the NEA Climate Friendly Household Programme (CFHP) would need to fulfil the following criteria:

  1. Offer any appliance(s) and/or fitting(s) from the list of resource-efficient products

  2. Have at least one physical retail store (online redemptions are not supported)

  3. Use Sales System terminals that are:

    1. Integrated with RedeemSG

    2. Has a whitelisting feature

    3. Able to scan QR codes (not barcode)
