Ops readiness check
NEA will reach out separately for an ops briefing. You are expected to train all retail staff on the SOP for acceptance of Climate Vouchers by the deadline stipulated by NEA.
NEA will be heading down to your outlets anytime between the dates communicated, to chat with your staff and ensure that they are familiar with the processes. This would include questions on accepting vouchers, handling exceptional cases etc and will be done at random on 1 or more outlets (if applicable).
