UAT with RedeemSG

Once NEA provided confirmation on your participating in a particular onboarding batch, you will be provided with the UAT submission date. The UAT submission spans across 2 days, and any late submissions will not be entertained.

You will need to submit the completed UAT test cases excel - which consists of completed backend responses, POS and receipt screenshots etc as indicated in the excel.

RedeemSG will reach out again on any rectifications required. If all results have been deemed satisfactory by RedeemSG, we will reach out with a UAT sign-off.

Do note that RedeemSG will only conduct a maximum of 3 UAT reviews within the UAT timeline, failing which you will need to join the next batch of onboarding instead.
