Retailers who wish to participate in the NEA Climate Friendly Household Programme (CFHP) would need to fulfil the following criteria:
Offer any appliance(s) and/or fitting(s) from the list of resource-efficient products
Have at least one physical retail store (online redemptions are not supported)
Use Sales System terminals that are:
Integrated with RedeemSG
Has a whitelisting feature
Able to scan QR codes (not barcode)
